I felt the doctor was very attentive and knew a lot about my history and was able to make well reasoned suggestions for my care management and I very much trust her judgement. Improvement, more regular appointments.

I have very high opinion of Dr Kelbrick and have received outstanding care while being patient of her's and N-Step's. I felt I was able to discuss any problems, worries or issues I was experiencing during meetings, as well as discuss my interests and plans for the future. During meetings I had with Dr Kelbrick, I was able to discuss my mental health in a way to give contexts to my experiences, allow internalisation and ultimately move on from the trauma I experienced. Dr Kelbrick is able to listen as well give constructive feedback. I feel without Dr Kelbrick or N-Step's intervention I simply won't be here, or my mental health would have become much worse to the point of becoming unbearable. Dr Kelbrick and my care coordinator has supported me in plans for going back to university after developing serious mental health difficulties. Their support was outstanding, they continued my care despite fact that I was in different area and put together extensive plans for a handover. Although, because of my Asperger's and negative symptoms due to mental health, mainly the social aspect, this attempt was unsuccessful. This wasn't a problem, as, Dr Kelbrick and I both had contingency plans we both put together for moving on to supported accommodation if the stresses and requirements of University were too much at that point in time. With the option of finishing my degree through the Open University. These plans have successfully been enacted and I am positively looking forward to the future. Dr Kelbrick is personable, well informed and reactive. I have received brilliant care and would recommend treatment from her to anyone experiencing mental health difficulties. This statement is made under an informed position, as I have received care from several doctors, with Dr Kelbrick being ranked the highest.
